Recruiting is personal. It is about spending the time to understand our clients and candidates. Therefore, we only work with a few clients at a time.

As a boutique executive search firm that is part of the Sanford Rose Associates network, we provide flexible, customized recruiting services to meet your individual needs. Based in Boise, ID, Talent Connectors places food, beverage & technology professionals nationwide.

Since many SMEs might not have the dedicated resources to identify, interview and screen passive talent candidates, outside firms such as Talent Connectors are able to achieve this because it is ALL we do.

Over the past ten years, true “Talent Acquisition” has evolved in the recruiting industry, going far beyond the simple “ad post” and “resume sorting”. While this approach can yield some success, it only taps into the “active” talent market”. The other 70%+ of working professionals comprise the “passive talent market”. Finding them can be challenging and time-consuming since these people are typically happy in their current role and therefore are not actively searching for a new position.

During my 20+ year career in commercial banking, I worked closely with many CEOs, CFOs, Controllers and Founders in a variety of industries, including Food & Beverage and Technology. Understanding a company’s industry challenges, growth, acquisition plans and credit needs was integral in being able to consult with my clients. Their ability to attract and retain top talent was essential to their success. This experience allows me to screen and assess candidates at a deeper level than many other recruiters. My passion to find the “right person at the right time” is what drives me to match the best people to my client’s career opportunities.
